Yo!
We have a big announcement before getting into today’s newsletter…
We’ve launched the FI Investors Podcast!
Our mission is to give you free, actionable steps to achieve your potential (personally and financially).
On Wealth Wednesdays: We’ll bring on an expert real estate investor or business owner.
On Financially Free Fridays: We’ll share lessons to help you achieve your personal and financial goals
We’ve got some HEAVY HITTERS to help you with real estate strategies, tips to reach financial freedom, and scale (or start) your businesses.
To give you a taste of what's to come, here are a few topics we'll be exploring in the upcoming episodes:
Sam Wegert: How Sam Created A $100k Passive Income Stream Through Co-Living
Jon Brooks: Building a $8,000,000 Net Worth in 5 Years Through Real Estate Sales & Investments
Matty Aitchison: The Keys to Succeeding In Real Estate Today

P.S. We want to get this podcast in front of as many people as possible so we can transform their lives. It would mean the world to us if you left us a 5-star review to help us spread the word ❤️
Speaking of podcasts…
I’ve been posting daily on social media for several years.
Posting my journey has helped hundreds of like-minded people. It’s also helped myself too.
I’ve been able to grow my network, my business, and build trust as someone to follow for financial freedom, real estate, and mindset.
Two weeks ago, I spoke at the White House about my DACA story. I never would’ve had that opportunity if I didn’t share my story on social (consistently for years).
Today, I want to talk about how you can do it too so you can grow.
Start with 1 post per day
Consistency is key.
The goal is to make posting habitual. It’s hard to get started with a new habit, but once it becomes consistent, it's 100x easier.
You won’t get anywhere in one day alone, but you underestimate how far you’ll get in a few years.
It’s like exercise. You won’t get in shape with one extra-hard workout in one day. You get the results by consistently exercising for years.
Don’t try to spend one day cranking out 6 hours of content if you are new. Just post once per day.
And when you post…
Post about 1 specific thing to help 1 specific person
You’ll see me post my Tip Of The Day, every day on Instagram.
It’s 1 message. I’m not trying to teach people how to buy a rental property, mistakes to avoid, lessons I learned, and the reasons why someone should buy a rental property, all in one post.
When you post, think For Who, So That.
Who is this for, and what is the outcome this post can help them with? For example:
3 Mistakes I made investing in my first 16-unit apartment building that cost me $200,000.
5 Steps to buying your first rental property as a single mom.
Each of these calls out a specific person (a single mom interested in real estate and someone interested in buying apartment buildings).
Each gives an outcome (to avoid these $200,000 mistakes and to buy your 1st rental property).
To get started with ideas, pair one of these prompts with a desired outcome

Set proper expectations
It may feel awkward and uncomfortable to post.
But honestly, no one cares. Barely anyone will see it.
Social algorithms only show your post to a small percentage of people. If they engage with it, then they show it to more. But likely, only a few people will even see what you have to say.
(This is also a good thing because it means you can have a viral post that gets seen by 1000x more people than you have followers.)
Consistency is important because the more reps you do at something, the less awkward it feels. It’ll feel more natural over time. After dozens, hundreds, and thousands of repetitions, it becomes second nature.
Don’t let an uncomfortable or awkward feeling stop you from making an impact, changing your life, and helping others.

That’s all I got for today. Have a great Saturday and rest of your weekend!
